Our Guest Arrival Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their arrival and departure experiences. They have the freedom to move about their space and do what needs to be done. Whether processing operational needs, fulfilling guest requests, completing reports, or sharing local area highlights, the Guest Arrival Expert ensures transactions feel like part of the experience. Regardless of your specific role, certain elements are critical to success: creating a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, and ensuring professional personal appearance, uniform, and communications. Guest Arrival Experts will be standing and moving (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods) and performing manual tasks (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 23 kg unassisted and over 34 kg with assistance).
