Track revisions to company policies and procedures for latest versions * **Document Management:** Maintain, scan, and store HR\-related records (e.g., contracts, employee files) in both digital and physical formats. * **Compliance \& Security:** Ensure all documentation adheres to confidentiality protocols and, if applicable, ISO standards. * **Version Control:** Track revisions to company policies and procedures to ensure only the latest versions are in use. * **Information Distribution:** Safely distribute confidential documents to internal departments and key stakeholders. * **System Maintenance:** Update and manage the internal database or HR Information System. * **Reporting \& Audits:** Prepare reports and support internal/external audits by providing organized documentation.
