Collaborative role working with central kitchen and restaurant teams We are looking for an experienced JuniorAccountant with a strong background in the Food \& Beverage (F\&B) industry to join our growing business, which operates a Central Kitchen and Restaurants in Doha. **Key Responsibilities** Ø Manage day\-to\-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records. Ø Prepare food cost calculations and monitor cost variations. Ø Conduct food wastage analysis and prepare relevant reports. Ø Manage stock and inventory records, including regular stock verification. Ø Handle payroll and salary processing. Ø Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Ø Perform daily accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Ø Coordinate with restaurant and central kitchen teams to ensure accurate recording of costs, purchases, stock, and wastage. **Requirements** · Minimum 4 years of accounting experience in the F\&B industry, preferably within restaurants, central kitchens, catering, or similar food businesses. · Strong working knowledge on ERP Software. · Hands\-on experience in food costing, wastage analysis, inventory management, payroll, AP/AR, and financial reporting. · Good understanding of restaurant and central kitchen operations. · Strong analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. · High level of accuracy and attention to detail. **Interested candidates are encouraged to apply with their updated CV to \+974\-71008544** Pay: From QAR3,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
