Assist with general business and operational tasks Virtual Assistant (Remote / On\-Call) We are looking for a reliable and organized Virtual Assistant to support the Founder and CEO of a growing startup. Responsibilities * Manage and organize my calendar and appointments. * Find and research suppliers and service providers. * Contact suppliers and follow up on quotations, samples, orders, and deliveries. * Handle emails and basic administrative tasks. * Schedule meetings and keep track of important deadlines. * Assist with general business and operational tasks as needed. Requirements * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and stay on top of tasks. * Good English skills (Arabic is a plus). * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online research. Work Arrangement * Remote position. * Flexible working hours. * Available on\-call when needed. * Occasional in\-person meetings or errands may be required. Additional compensation will be provided for approved travel or in\-person assignments. Compensation * Salary: QAR 1,500 per month. * Additional compensation for approved travel or in\-person tasks when required.
