We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager (m/f/d) who can take ownership of operational performance across multiple business functions. You are not simply maintaining processes; you are driving operational strategy, improving efficiency, and ensuring business objectives are translated into measurable execution. Key Responsibilities: Operational Strategy: Lead and improve day\-to\-day business operations while developing scalable systems that support organizational growth and efficiency. Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, implement workflow enhancements, and establish measurable standards to improve operational outcomes. Team Leadership: Mentor and manage operational staff, provide guidance, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration. Performance Management: Track KPIs, generate operational reports, and ensure business targets are met through structured execution and continuous optimization. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal leadership, external partners, and department heads to align operational priorities with company objectives. Risk and Compliance: Ensure operational processes follow internal standards, business policies, and regulatory requirements where applicable. What We Are Looking For: Experience: 6\+ years in business operations, operations management, or organizational leadership, with at least 2\+ years managing teams or overseeing cross\-functional operations. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, improve efficiency, and execute operational initiatives in dynamic business environments. Analytical Thinking: Strong understanding of operational reporting, KPI management, budgeting support, and data\-driven decision\-making. Communication Skills: Professional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with confidence presenting updates and recommendations to leadership teams. Mindset: You are practical, solution\-oriented, and capable of balancing long\-term operational improvements with immediate business priorities.
