We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager (m/f/d) who can take ownership of operational performance across multiple business functions. Key Responsibilities: Operational Strategy: Lead and improve day\-to\-day business operations while developing scalable systems that support organizational growth and efficiency. Team Leadership: Mentor and manage operational staff, provide guidance, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration. What We Are Looking For: Experience: 6\+ years in business operations, operations management, or organizational leadership, with at least 2\+ years managing teams or overseeing cross\-functional operations. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, improve efficiency, and execute operational initiatives in dynamic business environments. Analytical Thinking: Strong understanding of operational reporting, KPI management, budgeting support, and data\-driven decision\-making. Communication Skills: Professional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with confidence presenting updates and recommendations to leadership teams.
