Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams **Senior Reservoir Engineer** Position Overview: Our company is seeking a highly experienced Senior Reservoir Engineer specializing in petroleum reservoir engineering to analyze reservoir performance and develop accurate simulation models that support production optimization and oil & gas field development strategies, ensuring economically and technically efficient recovery maximization. Key Responsibilities: * Analyze petroleum and gas reservoir characteristics and evaluate their production performance. * Build and update reservoir simulation models. * Develop enhanced oil recovery (EOR) / improved oil recovery (IOR) strategies. * Prepare short-term and long-term production forecasts. * Analyze pressure, production, and fluid behavior data in reservoirs. * Collaborate with drilling, production, and geological engineering teams. * Evaluate economic opportunities for field development. * Support oil & gas project development decisions based on technical analysis. * Prepare technical reports and recommendations for senior management. * Stay updated with the latest reservoir engineering and production enhancement technologies. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field. * 8–15 years of experience in reservoir engineering. * Strong experience in reservoir modeling and production simulation. * Proficiency in reservoir engineering software such as: * Eclipse * CMG * Petrel * Solid understanding of subsurface fluid properties and reservoir behavior. * Experience in major oil & gas projects. Required Skills: * Reservoir data analysis and modeling. * Data-driven technical decision-making. * Analytical thinking and problem-solving. * Collaboration within multidisciplinary teams. * Technical communication and presentation skills. * Technical project management.
