We are looking for a proactive and analytical individual with strong technical expertise, problem\-solving abilities, and a passion for database technologies and operational excellence. **What You'll Do** * Administer, monitor, and maintain enterprise database environments * Perform database installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance activities * Monitor database performance and implement optimization strategies * Manage database security, user permissions, and access controls * Troubleshoot database issues and ensure timely resolution of technical problems * Perform backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities * Support database migration, integration, and system enhancement projects * Develop and maintain database documentation and operational procedures * Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to support application requirements * Monitor system health, storage utilization, and database performance metrics * Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and operational standards * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to database operations and infrastructure management **Requirements** * 2\+ years of experience in database administration, database support, systems administration, or IT infrastructure roles * Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar database platforms * Experience with database backup, recovery, monitoring, and performance tuning * Understanding of database security principles and access management * Knowledge of SQL scripting, queries, and database troubleshooting * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities * Excellent communication and documentation skills * Experience with cloud database platforms and virtualization technologies is an advantage * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Database Management, or a related field preferred **Why Work With Us** At Inogics Technology Solutions, we believe reliable data infrastructure is essential to business success.
