Summary: Mind Stream is hiring an EDMS Technical Consultant to provide onsite technical and functional support for an Enterprise Document Management System, including configuration, user support, troubleshooting, and document migration. Troubleshoot application, configuration, and user-related issues Mind Stream is seeking an EDMS Technical Consultant to deliver onsite technical and functional support for an Enterprise Document Management System. You'll configure the platform, support users, troubleshoot issues, and assist with phased onboarding and document migration. **Responsibilities:** \- Provide onsite technical and functional support for the EDMS / Records Management System across departmental and shared business functions \- Configure and maintain document types, metadata, taxonomy, workflows, forms, notifications, security permissions and retention rules \- Troubleshoot application, configuration, workflow, integration and user\-related issues; coordinate with product/vendor support for L2/L3 \- Support phased onboarding of additional departments and business units, performing required configuration activities \- Support document migration from SharePoint and file\-share repositories into the EDMS \- Participate in UAT, regression testing, and validation of configuration changes and enhancements Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Records Management or a related discipline \- Bilingual English/Arabic \- Hands\-on experience with EDMS/ECM platform administration and configuration \- Experience with workflow, approval routing, notification and escalation configuration \- Knowledge of role\-based security, access control, Active Directory / Entra ID integration, and UAT/regression testing support Experience: 5\+ years Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Records Management or a related discipline Location: Qatar Contract duration: 1 year, extendable Email: careers@mind\-stream.net WhatsApp: \+974 30107270 Apply here: https://dtire.ddimtalentintelligence.com/apply/aaac23j3a686 Application Question(s): * Can you speak Arabic and English fluently?
