Focus on preventive maintenance and timely repair of equipment. **Field Technician – Coffee Department / HORECA** **Job Criteria** * Diploma or Technical Certification in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, or a related field. * Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of coffee machines and beverage equipment, preferably within the HORECA industry. * Strong knowledge of espresso machines, coffee grinders, brewers, and related coffee equipment. * Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults. * Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of coffee machines. * Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and service documentation. * Good communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work independently and manage field service assignments efficiently. * Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation. * Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred. * Candidates currently available in Qatar with NOC/transferable visa are preferred. **Key Responsibilities** * Install, commission, and maintain coffee machines and related equipment at customer locations. * Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing to ensure optimal equipment performance. * Diagnose and repair equipment faults in a timely and professional manner. * Respond to service calls and provide technical support to HORECA clients. * Conduct equipment inspections and recommend necessary repairs or replacements. * Train customers on the proper operation and basic maintenance of coffee equipment. * Maintain accurate service records, maintenance reports, and spare parts usage. * Coordinate with the technical team and spare parts department to ensure efficient service delivery. * Ensure compliance with company safety standards and technical procedures. * Support product demonstrations, exhibitions, and new equipment installations when required. **Preferred Skills** * Hands\-on experience with commercial espresso machines and coffee brewing equipment. * Strong troubleshooting and problem\-solving abilities. * Knowledge of water filtration systems and beverage equipment is an advantage. * Ability to build positive customer relationships through excellent technical support and service.
