Summary: Seeking an experienced Pre-Commissioning Engineer/Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and supervise pre-commissioning activities for piping systems in the Oil & Gas industry. Highlights: 1. Lead pre-commissioning for piping systems in Oil & Gas projects 2. Develop and implement pre-commissioning procedures and documentation 3. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for system handover **Responsibilities:** · Plan, coordinate, and supervise all pre\-commissioning activities for piping systems in accordance with project schedules and procedures. · Review engineering drawings, P\&IDs, technical specifications, and SHES documentation prior to execution. · Prepare and implement Pre\-Commissioning Method Statements, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), work packs, and execution procedures. · Develop pre\-commissioning schedules, manpower plans, and resource allocation. · Identify and arrange required pre\-commissioning tools, test equipment, temporary facilities, consumables, lubricants, and third\-party services. · Coordinate with construction, commissioning, and completions teams to ensure smooth system handover. **Requirements:** · Minimum 7 years of experience as a Pre\-Commissioning Engineer/Supervisor in the Oil \& Gas industry. · Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. · Strong knowledge of piping pre\-commissioning, flushing, pressure testing, leak testing, drying, cleaning, and preservation activities. · Experience preparing Method Statements, JSAs, work packs, and commissioning documentation. · Familiarity with completions management systems and handover processes. · Ability to read and interpret P\&IDs, isometric drawings, and engineering documents. · Knowledge of international codes, standards, and HSE requirements applicable to oil \& gas projects. · Excellent planning, coordination, and leadership skills.
