The ideal candidate is passionate about real estate, has strong communication skills, and is motivated by achieving targets and building long\-term client relationships. Responsibilities : * Generate and follow up on leasing leads. * Assist clients in finding suitable residential and commercial properties. * Conduct property viewings and provide professional property advice. * Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants. * Negotiate lease terms and close rental transactions. * Maintain accurate client records and follow up through the CRM system. Requirements : * Previous real estate experience is an advantage. * Candidates with experience in sales, customer service, or business development are welcome to apply. * Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Self\-motivated, organized, and target\-oriented. * Valid QID with transferable visa is preferred. * Own car is an advantage.
