The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high\-quality coffee beverages, delivering outstanding customer service, and creating a welcoming café experience for all guests. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and serve specialty coffee and espresso\-based beverages according to company standards. * Operate coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewing devices. * Maintain consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and taste. * Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide menu recommendations. * Handle cash and electronic payments efficiently. * Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and dining areas. * Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and replenishment. * Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times. * Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. * Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally. Requirements: * Previous experience as a barista, preferably in a specialty coffee environment. * Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, latte art, and various brewing methods. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and multitask effectively. * Positive attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail. * Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
