This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy solving technical problems, helping users, and working in a fast\-paced technology environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining service quality, resolving technical concerns efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer support experience. We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented individual with strong communication skills, troubleshooting abilities, and a passion for technology and customer service. **What You'll Do** * Provide technical support to users through phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems * Troubleshoot hardware, software, application, and system\-related issues * Log, track, and manage support tickets through resolution * Diagnose technical problems and provide timely solutions * Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams when necessary * Assist users with account access, software functionality, and system navigation * Maintain accurate records of support requests and issue resolutions * Support software installations, updates, and configuration activities * Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles * Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and support processes * Monitor recurring issues and recommend process improvements * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to customer support and technical operations **Requirements** * 1\-3 years of experience in technical support, IT support, help desk, service desk, or customer support roles * Strong troubleshooting and problem\-solving abilities * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and business applications * Ability to explain technical information clearly to non\-technical users * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Experience with ticketing systems, CRM platforms, or support tools preferred * Knowledge of networking concepts, cloud applications, or business systems is an advantage * Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred **Why Work With Us** At Realysis Infratech Solutions, we believe technology support plays a critical role in business success.
