This role requires a proactive individual who can manage different financial tasks efficiently and contribute to the overall financial health of the medical center. ***Key Responsibilities:*** **Financial Record Keeping:** * Record and maintain all financial transactions in the accounting system. * Prepare journal entries, maintain the general ledger, and ensure the accuracy of financial records. * Perform month\-end and year\-end closing activities. **Financial Reporting:** * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. * Generate financial reports for management to review and make informed decisions. * Assist in developing budgets and financial forecasts. **Accounts Payable and Receivable:** * Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments. * Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues. **Compliance and Audit Support:** * Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial policies, and regulatory requirements. * Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations. **Financial Controls:** * Monitor operational costs and assist in identifying cost\-saving opportunities. * Utilize accounting software effectively and safeguard the confidentiality of financial information. ***Qualification \& Requirement:*** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Minimum 2\-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the healthcare sector. * Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations . * Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with high attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
