**Company Description** TODA for Trading W.L.L is an online application platform developed and customized in\-house in the State of Qatar to provide consumers access to products that are not readily available in the market. The platform serves as an interface between customers and suppliers, simplifying product discovery and purchase. Through TODA, users can view, order, and track a wide range of suppliers’ products in a centralized digital environment. The company focuses on enhancing convenience, transparency, and efficiency in the trading process for both customers and suppliers located in Qatar.
**Role Description** The Accountant will manage day\-to\-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling bank statements. This role will handle accounts payable and receivable, prepare invoices, monitor expense reports, and support month\-end and year\-end closing activities. The Accountant will assist in preparing financial reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations. The role will also involve coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, such as auditors and suppliers, to ensure accurate and timely financial information. This is a full\-time, on\-site role based in Doha, Qatar.
**Qualifications**
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management.
* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, including spreadsheets, formulas, and basic data analysis.
* Ability to manage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, reconciliations, and cash flow tracking.
* Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong organizational and time\-management skills.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
* Understanding of local financial regulations and tax practices in Qatar (or willingness to learn quickly).
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are an advantage.
* Relevant experience as an accountant or in a similar finance role, ideally within trading, e\-commerce, or technology\-driven businesses.
Pay: QAR2,454\.09 \- QAR5,000\.00 per month
