Strong knowledge of F&B costing, inventory control, and variance analysis **COST CONTROLLER – F\&B INDUSTRY** **Location:** Doha, Qatar \| **Full\-Time** Job Summary We are looking for an experienced **Cost Controller** to monitor and control food, beverage, inventory, and operational costs across our F\&B outlets. Key Responsibilities * Monitor and control **food, beverage, and operational costs**. * Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports. * Monitor food and beverage consumption against sales. * Conduct regular inventory and stock reconciliations. * Analyze variances between actual and theoretical costs. * Monitor purchasing, receiving, storage, and stock movement. * Ensure proper portion control and minimize wastage. * Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits. * Monitor recipe costing and menu profitability. * Coordinate with the Finance, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Operations teams. * Identify cost\-saving opportunities and improve cost\-control procedures. * Prepare reports and provide cost analysis to management. Requirements * Bachelor's degree or Diploma in **Accounting, Finance, Cost Management, or a related field**. * **Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Cost Controller, preferably in the F\&B industry.** * **F\&B industry experience is mandatory.** * Strong knowledge of **food \& beverage costing, inventory control, stock reconciliation, and variance analysis**. * Good knowledge of accounting/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. * Strong analytical and numerical skills. * Good communication and problem\-solving skills. * Qatar experience is preferred. * Experience with **multiple F\&B outlets/branches** is an advantage.
