Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock reconciliations Cost Controller – F\&B / Catering / Cloud Kitchen /Immediate joiner Odoo Experience will be an advantage Location: Doha, Qatar Industry: Food \& Beverage / Catering / Cloud Kitchen Department: Finance Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Cost Controller with strong F\&B, catering, or cloud kitchen experience. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience controlling food and beverage costs, inventory, purchasing, recipe costing, and wastage. Odoo ERP experience is an advantage. Key Responsibilities Monitor and control food, beverage, packaging, and operational costs. Prepare and maintain recipe and menu costing. Analyze food cost, material consumption, and gross margins. Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock reconciliations. Coordinate and participate in monthly and periodic physical stock counts. Investigate inventory variances, wastage, spoilage, and discrepancies. Review purchasing prices and supplier invoices against agreed rates. Analyze food consumption versus theoretical usage. Monitor portion control and recipe compliance. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports. Track food cost percentage and identify areas for cost reduction. Reconcile inventory movements between purchasing, stores, production, and sales. Work closely with chefs, kitchen managers, procurement, warehouse, and finance teams. Support month\-end inventory valuation and financial closing. Ensure accurate recording of inventory and cost transactions in the ERP system. Prepare variance and management reports for decision\-making. Requirements Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 5 years of experience in cost control, preferably in F\&B, catering, restaurants, hospitality, or cloud kitchens. Strong understanding of food costing, inventory control, recipe costing, and wastage management. Experience with POS and inventory systems. Odoo ERP experience is an advantage. Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting. Strong analytical and numerical skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work with multiple outlets, kitchens, or production locations is an advantage.
