Collaborate with technical teams for seamless integration and support. **Job Summary** * Seeking a proactive **Functional Consultant – Odoo** to join the team. * Responsible for analyzing client business processes and gathering requirements. * Implementing Odoo ERP solutions that meet business needs. * Full\-time, on\-site role based in **Doha, Qatar**. * **Must be fluent in both Arabic and English** (spoken and written). **Role Description** * Analyze business processes and provide consultation on Odoo ERP best practices. * Engage with clients to understand their workflows and requirements. * Configure and implement Odoo modules including: * Accounting, HR, Sales, CRM, Inventory, Supply Chain, etc. * Conduct **gap analysis** and recommend appropriate Odoo solutions. * Prepare **functional specifications** for technical teams. * Provide **end\-user training** and prepare user manuals. * Work closely with the technical/development team to translate requirements into system solutions. * Perform **testing, troubleshooting, and support** during and after implementation. * Manage client communication and ensure smooth project delivery. * Conduct training sessions and provide **post\-implementation support**. * Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and system performance. **Qualifications** * Strong knowledge of **Odoo ERP modules** and business workflows. * Previous experience as an **Odoo Functional Consultant** or **ERP Implementer**. * Good understanding of **accounting, supply chain, HR**, or other business domains. * Strong **analytical skills** and business process knowledge. * Excellent **communication, presentation, and client\-handling skills**. * Strong problem\-solving and analytical mindset. * Bachelor’s degree in **business administration, Accounting, IT, Computer Science, Finance**, or related field. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in **Odoo ERP customization and implementation**. * Experience with **Odoo Enterprise** and **Odoo.sh**. * Exposure to ERP implementation in **multiple industries**. * Experience in a similar position is advantageous.
