Key Responsibilities **Hotel Operations:** Direct all daily hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and compliance with company standards. **Financial Performance:** Develop annual budgets, manage operating expenses, maximize revenue opportunities, and achieve profitability targets through strategic business planning. **Guest Experience:** Champion service excellence by maintaining the highest hospitality standards while proactively addressing guest feedback and enhancing customer loyalty. **Leadership Development:** Recruit, mentor, and develop department heads and management teams while promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. **Commercial Strategy:** Partner with sales, marketing, and revenue management teams to strengthen market positioning, increase occupancy, and optimize revenue performance. **Quality and Compliance:** Ensure all hotel operations comply with health, safety, regulatory, and brand standards while maintaining operational consistency across departments. **Stakeholder Management:** Build strong relationships with corporate leadership, business partners, government authorities, suppliers, and community organizations to support long\-term business success. What We Are Looking For **Experience:** Minimum of 10 years of progressive hospitality leadership experience, including at least 5 years as a Hotel General Manager, Resident Manager, or Director of Operations within an upscale or luxury hotel environment. **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism Management, or a related discipline. A postgraduate qualification is considered an advantage. **Operational Expertise:** Proven success in hotel operations, financial management, revenue optimization, guest experience, quality assurance, and organizational leadership. **Technical Skills:** Experience using leading hotel management systems such as Opera PMS, Oracle Hospitality, revenue management platforms, budgeting software, and Microsoft Office applications. **Leadership Skills:** Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, develop future leaders, manage organizational change, and consistently deliver outstanding operational and financial performance. **Communication:** Excellent English communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are required. Additional language proficiency, including Arabic, is considered an advantage. **Mindset:** You are a visionary hospitality leader who balances strategic thinking with hands\-on operational leadership.
