Professional development and career growth opportunities Wolf Group is seeking a qualified and motivated **IT Officer** to join our team and contribute to maintaining and enhancing the Group’s IT infrastructure, ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of all technology systems. Key Responsibilities: * Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. * Install, maintain, and support computers, printers, and other IT equipment. * Manage and maintain network infrastructure and ensure system stability and security. * Perform data backup procedures and implement cybersecurity best practices. * Manage email systems, user accounts, and access permissions. * Monitor IT systems performance and recommend improvements when necessary. * Manage and maintain the company’s Shopify e\-commerce platform. * Upload and update products and oversee applications integrated with the online store. * Coordinate with external IT service providers and vendors when required. * Prepare periodic technical reports and provide recommendations to management. Qualifications \& Requirements: * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support and systems administration. * Hands\-on experience in computer maintenance, networking, and technical support. * Good knowledge of Shopify and e\-commerce store management. * Understanding of cybersecurity principles and data protection practices. * Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills. * Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
