This role is ideal for a proactive technology professional who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, supporting end\-users, and ensuring smooth day\-to\-day IT operations. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for technical assistance, helping employees and clients resolve hardware, software, network, and system\-related issues while delivering exceptional service and support. Key Responsibilities * Provide first and second\-level technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripheral equipment. * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and network\-related issues. * Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade computer systems and IT equipment. * Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, email systems, and business applications. * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across enterprise systems. * Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability. * Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT teams when necessary. * Document support requests, resolutions, and technical procedures accurately. * Assist with system deployments, upgrades, migrations, and IT projects. * Deliver professional and timely support while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. * Proven experience in IT support, help desk, technical support, or system administration roles. * Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals, and hardware troubleshooting. * Familiarity with Active Directory, user management, and endpoint support. * Understanding of network concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and Wi\-Fi connectivity. * Excellent troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. * Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure. Preferred Qualifications * Certifications such as CompTIA A\+, Network\+, Microsoft Certified, ITIL, or equivalent. * Experience with cloud services, virtualization technologies, and remote support tools. * Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and endpoint protection solutions. * Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management processes. * Experience supporting multi\-site or enterprise environments.
