Assist in medical underwriting for health and life insurance policies **Job Summary** We are seeking a **Junior Medical Officer** to support medical underwriting and claims processes. The role involves reviewing medical information, assisting with risk assessment, and providing medical insights to support insurance operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Review and analyze medical reports, lab results, and health declarations. * Assist in medical underwriting for health and life insurance policies. * Support claims team by assessing medical aspects of insurance claims. * Coordinate with Underwriters to support policy decisions and approvals. * Maintain accurate medical records and documentation. * Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Life Sciences * 0–2 years of relevant experience. * Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare practices. * Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Good computer proficiency (MS Office). **Skills Required** * Experience in insurance or medical underwriting. * Knowledge of local healthcare system in Qatar.
