Summary: Mind Stream is seeking a detail-oriented Mechanical Draftsman to prepare, coordinate, and manage essential mechanical drawings for projects. Highlights: 1. Prepare detailed HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting shop drawings 2. Develop coordinated services drawings to resolve clashes 3. Coordinate with engineers and other discipline draftsmen Mind Stream is seeking a detail\-oriented Mechanical Draftsman to join our growing team. In this full\-time role, you will play a key part in preparing, coordinating, and managing essential mechanical drawings for our projects. Responsibilities: \- Prepare detailed HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting shop drawings using AutoCAD. \- Develop coordinated services drawings to resolve clashes between mechanical, electrical, and other services. \- Update and maintain as\-built drawings reflecting site changes. \- Review design drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness. \- Coordinate with engineers and other discipline draftsmen to integrate all services. \- Manage drawing revisions and maintain organized file systems. Requirements: \- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD software. \- Solid background in HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting drafting. \- Experience in generating shop drawings and coordinated services drawings. \- Ability to interpret design drawings and technical specifications accurately. \- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with engineering teams.
