Position Overview We are seeking a detail\-oriented and experienced **Medical Billing Specialist** to manage billing operations, ensure accurate claims processing, and support revenue cycle management. This role requires strong knowledge of medical billing systems, healthcare compliance, and the ability to work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams. Key Responsibilities * Prepare, review, and submit medical claims to insurance companies. * Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility. * Ensure accuracy and compliance in billing, coding, and documentation. * Resolve billing discrepancies and follow up on unpaid claims. * Maintain patient billing records and manage account receivables. * Liaise with patients, insurers, and healthcare providers regarding billing inquiries. * Support audits, compliance reviews, and financial reporting. * Recommend process improvements to enhance billing efficiency. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Accounting, or related field. * 2–5 years of experience in medical billing or healthcare finance. * Strong knowledge of medical coding (ICD, CPT) and insurance claim processes. * Excellent organizational, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Proficiency in billing software, EHR systems, and Microsoft Office. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information. * Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
