Coordinate with HR and Finance departments **Career Opportunity – Payroll Coordinator** Location: NAFFCO Qatar We are seeking a detail\-oriented Payroll Coordinator with 2 years of payroll experience to support end\-to\-end payroll processing and ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, knowledge of payroll regulations, and experience working with payroll systems. Key Responsibilities * Process monthly payroll accurately and within established deadlines. * Maintain employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, and benefits updates. * Review timesheets, attendance, overtime, and leave records for payroll calculations. * Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor and payroll regulations. * Reconcile payroll data and resolve payroll discrepancies. * Prepare payroll reports for management and finance teams. * Coordinate with HR and Finance departments regarding employee compensation and payroll matters. * Respond to employee payroll\-related inquiries in a timely manner. * Assist with payroll audits and statutory reporting requirements. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * 1 \- 2 years of payroll processing experience. * Familiarity with payroll software and HRMS systems. * Good understanding of payroll legislation, taxation, and statutory deductions. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications. * Excellent organizational and communication skills. * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
