Strong knowledge of simulation software and industrial safety standards Process Engineering Manager Job Overview Our company is seeking a Process Engineering Manager to lead the Operations Engineering team and oversee the design, optimization, and operation of industrial processes. This role aims to improve operational efficiency, enhance productivity, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in complex industrial environments. Responsibilities and Duties * Lead the Operations Engineering team and oversee technical performance. * Develop and optimize industrial processes to achieve maximum operational efficiency. * Prepare and review process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs). * Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. * Support operations and resolve technical issues in processes. * Participate in the design and development of new industrial projects. * Conduct process optimization studies. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. * Coordinate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams. * Manage projects related to process improvement. * Prepare technical and management reports for senior leadership. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or equivalent. * 8–15 years of experience in process engineering, including leadership experience. * Experience in industrial process design and optimization. * Strong knowledge of simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS or equivalent). * Solid understanding of industrial safety standards (HAZOP / SIL). * Strong analytical and engineering skills. * Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
