Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards Process Engineering Manager Job Overview Our company is seeking a Process Engineering Manager to lead the Operations Engineering team and oversee the design, optimization, and operation of industrial processes. This role aims to improve operational efficiency, enhance productivity, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in complex industrial environments. Responsibilities and Duties * Leading the Operations Engineering team and supervising technical performance. * Developing and optimizing industrial processes to achieve maximum operational efficiency. * Preparing and reviewing process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs). * Analyzing operational performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. * Supporting operations and resolving technical process issues. * Participating in the design and development of new industrial projects. * Conducting process optimization studies. * Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. * Coordinating with production, maintenance, and engineering teams. * Managing projects related to process improvement. * Preparing technical and managerial reports for senior management. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or equivalent. * 8–15 years of experience in process engineering, including leadership experience. * Experience in industrial process design and optimization. * Strong knowledge of simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS or equivalent). * Solid understanding of industrial safety standards (HAZOP / SIL). * Strong analytical and engineering skills. * Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
