The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our fitout solutions, managing client relationships, and driving business growth in Qatar. The role requires an individual with a valid Qatar driving license to facilitate client visits, project discussions, and site evaluations. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Sales Development**: Identify and generate new business opportunities within the fitout industry, targeting commercial and residential clients. * **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. * **Technical Support**: Provide technical guidance and support to clients regarding fitout products, solutions, and design specifications. * **Presentations \& Proposals**: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients, tailored to their needs. Create proposals, including product specifications, pricing, and timelines. * **Site Visits \& Surveys**: Conduct site visits and surveys to assess client needs, deliver solutions, and collaborate with project teams for accurate quotes and project delivery. * **Market Analysis**: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential sales opportunities. * **Negotiation \& Closing Sales**: Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring that all terms are met to the satisfaction of both the client and the company. * **Collaboration**: Work closely with the project management, design, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution from proposal to completion. **Qualifications:** * **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. * **Experience**: Minimum of 3\-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fitout or construction industry. * **Skills**: * Strong sales and negotiation skills. * Good understanding of fitout products, systems, and solutions. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. * Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * **Driving License**: Valid Qatari driving license is mandatory. * **Language Skills**: Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.
