Opportunity to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues About Us Fabrikamail Tech is seeking a skilled and motivated Systems Administrator to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and improving our organization's IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability. Key Responsibilities * Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers. * Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime. * Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and user accounts. * Administer virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper\-V. * Perform system backups and disaster recovery procedures. * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. * Implement security updates, patches, antivirus, and firewall policies. * Maintain network infrastructure including switches, routers, VPNs, and wireless networks. * Document system configurations and IT procedures. * Provide technical support to end users and coordinate with vendors when required. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar role. * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Linux, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking. * Experience with virtualization technologies and backup solutions. * Industry certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, or CompTIA are an advantage. * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. الراتب المدفوع: QAR١٢٬٦٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
