Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Engineering, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
4\-5 years’ experience in tendering/proposals, procurement, or commercial roles.
Experience in Public\-sector and/or private\-sector procurement processes and e\-procurement systems preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication; excellent proposal writing and editing skills.
Attention to details and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Commercial awareness and basic financial literacy for pricing \& margin analysis.
Project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with e\-tendering platforms \& CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
Responsibility:
Prepare, manage, and submit competitive, compliant bids and tenders to win contracts while ensuring adherence to procurement rules, client requirements, and company policies.
Lead tender preparation: collect inputs (technical, commercial, legal, financial), draft/compile proposals, and ensure consistency and compliance with client requirements.
Coordinate internal reviews, quality checks, clarifications, and approvals with submission timelines.
Ensure all submission formats (electronic, hard copy) meet client \& regulatory requirements; submit tenders before deadlines.
Liaise with legal, finance, operations, and subject\-matter experts to obtain necessary approvals and inputs.
Maintain confidentiality of pricing, and commercially sensitive information.
