Summary: Seeking an experienced IBM WebSphere Portal Developer to design, develop, maintain, and optimize portal applications, collaborate with UX/UI, and mentor junior developers. Highlights: 1. Design, develop, and maintain IBM WebSphere Portal components 2. Integrate portal applications with backend and external systems 3. Mentor junior portal developers and enforce best practices * More than 12 years of Experience in appropriate Functional Stack (Expert) * Design, develop, and maintain portlets, themes, and custom components for IBM WebSphere Portal. * Integrate portal applications with backend services, databases, and external systems. * Optimize portal performance and ensure cross\-browser compatibility and responsiveness. * Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance user experience on portal interfaces. * Troubleshoot and resolve portal\-related issues, including security vulnerabilities. * Conduct code reviews, mentor junior portal developers, and enforce best practices. * Participate in deployment, configuration, and upgrade of IBM Portal environments. * Stay updated with IBM WebSphere Portal versions, tools, and best practices.
