Collaborate with subject matter experts to build accurate course content A Training Instructor / E\-Learning Instructor creates structured learning experiences using presentations, videos, modules, quizzes, and interactive activities. The goal is to ensure learners understand the material and can apply it effectively in real\-world situations. Key Responsibilities * Design and develop training materials (slides, e\-learning modules, guides, videos) * Deliver live or recorded training sessions (online or classroom\-based) * Use learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle, TalentLMS, or similar platforms * Assess learner progress through quizzes, assignments, and evaluations * Adapt content based on learner needs and feedback * Maintain updated training content in line with industry standards * Support learners with questions, mentoring, and clarification * Collaborate with subject matter experts to build accurate course content Required Skills * Strong communication and presentation skills * Ability to simplify complex topics into easy\-to\-understand lessons * Experience with e\-learning tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Canva, etc.) * Basic instructional design knowledge * Good organizational and time management skills * Confidence in delivering online or in\-person training sessions Typical Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Education, IT, Business, or related field (varies by company) * Experience in teaching, training, or corporate learning is preferred * Certification in instructional design or training (optional but an advantage) Pay: QAR90,000\.00 \- QAR120,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
