**Job Summary** We are urgently hiring an experienced professional to handle estimation and operations for advertising projects related to **signages, branding, acrylic works, vinyl, and digital printing**. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, coordinating with suppliers, and supervising production and installation activities. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare detailed cost estimates for signage and advertising projects (acrylic signage, LED signage, display boards, 3D letters, wayfinding signage, digital printing, vehicle branding, indoor/outdoor branding). * Review artwork, drawings, and specifications to provide accurate pricing. * Coordinate with suppliers for updated material rates (acrylic, vinyl, LED modules, printing materials, CNC/laser cutting services). * Prepare client quotations and submit them on time. * Plan and support production activities—printing, fabrication, and installation. * Monitor material usage, labor costs, and overall project budget. * Maintain updated supplier lists, rate sheets, and costing databases. * Supervise installation schedules to ensure quality and timely delivery. * Support management in pricing, cost analysis, and project strategy. **Requirements** * Experience in signage, branding, and advertising industry (minimum 2–4 years). * Strong knowledge of signage materials, printing processes, LED components, CNC/laser cutting, and fabrication techniques. * Excellent analytical and numerical skills. * Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and familiar with estimation tools/software. * Strong communication and coordination skills with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
