Ensure high standards for wedding and special occasion events We are looking for an experienced and hands\-on Event Site \& Operations Supervisor to join our weddings and events team in Qatar. You will be responsible for overseeing the full setup, execution, and breakdown of wedding and special occasion events, ensuring every detail is delivered to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities ∙ Supervise and coordinate all on\-site event setup and dismantling operations ∙ Lead and manage a team of workers and laborers on\-site ∙ Ensure wedding décor, structures, and equipment are installed correctly and safely ∙ Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution ∙ Monitor timelines and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule ∙ Troubleshoot and resolve any on\-site issues quickly and efficiently ∙ Maintain equipment and ensure proper storage after events Requirements ∙ Minimum 2–3 years of experience in weddings or events operations in Qatar or the GCC ∙ Hands\-on knowledge of wedding setup and installation (structures, décor, staging, etc.) ∙ Proven ability to manage and direct a team of workers on\-site ∙ Strong organizational and problem\-solving skills ∙ Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends ∙ Valid driving license (preferred) ∙ Good communication skills in English or Arabic What We Offer ∙ Competitive salary based on experience ∙ Full\-time stable position ∙ Opportunity to work on premium wedding and event productions in Qatar To Apply: Send your CV to WhatsApp only : \+974 55590855 Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: On the road
