Summary: Supervise and coordinate rigging and lifting activities, ensuring safe execution in accordance with approved plans and standards within a project environment. Highlights: 1. Coordinate with engineering and project teams Responsible for supervising and coordinating rigging and lifting activities at site, ensuring safe execution in accordance with approved rigging plans, project procedures, HSE requirements, and applicable standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise riggers and coordinate daily lifting/rigging activities. * Ensure lifting operations follow approved **lifting plans, method statements, and risk assessments**. * Coordinate crane, rigging equipment, and lifting accessories requirements. * Verify inspection and certification status of lifting equipment and accessories. * Supervise critical and routine lifts and ensure safe load handling, communication, and exclusion zones. * Coordinate with **Lifting Engineer, Construction, HSE, and QC teams**. * Ensure rigging crews follow safe working practices and project requirements. * Report unsafe conditions, incidents, and near misses and support corrective actions. * Maintain relevant lifting and inspection records. **Requirements:** * Minimum **8–10 years’ experience** in lifting/rigging supervision, preferably in **Oil \& Gas**. * Brownfield project experience preferred. * Good knowledge of cranes, rigging equipment, lifting accessories, and lifting practices. * Knowledge of **QatarEnergy/RLIC standards and requirements** preferred. * Recognized rigging/lifting certification preferred. * Good English communication and leadership skills.
