This role is ideal for a senior IT professional with expertise in project management, digital transformation, and cross\-functional leadership. The IT Project Director will be responsible for ensuring successful project execution, aligning technology initiatives with business goals, and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities * Lead and oversee IT projects from planning through execution and delivery. * Develop project strategies, timelines, budgets, and resource plans. * Coordinate with technical teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership. * Monitor project performance, risks, and quality standards. * Ensure timely delivery of technology initiatives within scope and budget. * Drive process improvements and project management best practices. * Manage vendor relationships and third\-party technology partners. * Prepare project reports, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations. * Support organizational digital transformation initiatives. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. * Proven experience in IT project management or technology leadership roles. * Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and enterprise systems. * Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Strong analytical and decision\-making abilities. * PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
