We are looking for a Supervisor with a minimum experience of 2 years to our company in order to supervise the maintenance, fit out and renovation works. The **Supervisor** will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of equipment, facilities, and infrastructure across company operations. The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and coordination skills to ensure maintenance schedules are met, downtime is minimized, and operational productivity is maximized. Qatar driving license is a must in this job. **Key Responsibilities** * **Oversee Operations:** Supervise and manage maintenance, fitout works and renovation activities across company operations. * **Equipment \& Facility Maintenance:** Ensure all machinery, equipment, and facilities are maintained at high operational standards to prevent disruptions. * **Team Management:** Lead, train, and coordinate maintenance technicians and workers to achieve high performance and adherence to schedules. * **Preventive Maintenance:** Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules to improve reliability and reduce downtime. * **Compliance \& Safety:** Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards (including OSHA and environmental compliance). * **Inventory Management:** Manage materials, tools, and maintenance supplies inventory in collaboration with procurement teams. * **Budget Management:** Monitor and control maintenance budgets while ensuring cost\-effective and high\-quality operations. * **Reporting \& Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, compliance, and performance metrics. Provide regular reports to management. * **Continuous Improvement:** Identify gaps, implement process improvements, and adopt best practices to optimize efficiency and equipment uptime. * **Language :** Must speak English language **Requirements** Proven experience in maintenance supervision or management, preferably in multi\-site or holding group operations. Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills to coordinate teams and activities effectively. Experience in preventive maintenance programs, troubleshooting, and repair management. Strong understanding of safety regulations, OSHA standards, and environmental compliance.
