Position: Plant Manager Industry: Oil Recycling Refinery Location: Qatar **Key Responsibilities:** Oversee overall refinery operations, production, and maintenance activities Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards Monitor plant performance, efficiency, and cost control Lead and manage production, maintenance, and technical teams Implement process improvements and operational excellence initiatives Coordinate with management on budgeting, reporting, and strategic planning **Requirements:** Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering or related field Minimum 8–12 years of experience in refinery operations Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of oil recycling processes, and refinery standards GCC experience preferred Job Type: Full\-time
