We deliver high\-quality spaces that combine functionality with outstanding design — from concept to completion. We're expanding our team and looking for a **skilled Project Engineer** who can take full ownership of projects and drive them to successful delivery. If you're organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast\-paced environment — we want you on our team! **Role Overview:** As a **Project Engineer**, you will be responsible for managing the **full project lifecycle** — from planning and execution to handover. You will act as the key link between the office and the site, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and within budget. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and oversee **fit\-out projects** from start to finish (residential \& commercial) * Develop and maintain detailed **project schedules \& execution plans** * Coordinate with **clients, consultants, suppliers \& subcontractors** * Review **drawings, shop drawings, submittals \& material approvals** * Handle **RFIs, site instructions, variations \& change orders** * Prepare and submit **progress reports, MOM \& project documentation** * Monitor **project budget** and flag any cost overruns early * Ensure work is executed as per **contract scope, specs \& quality standards** * Conduct and lead **project meetings** with all stakeholders * Coordinate with the **procurement team** for material and equipment delivery * Track **project milestones** and ensure on\-time delivery * Support the **site team** and resolve technical issues on the ground * Prepare **handover documents** and ensure smooth project closeout **Requirements:** * **Arabic nationality** * Minimum **5–7 years of experience in Qatar** — specifically in fit\-out projects * Strong knowledge of **residential \& commercial interior fit\-out** * Degree in **Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field** * Proficient in **AutoCAD, MS Project \& MS Office** * Solid understanding of **contracts, BOQ \& cost control** * Excellent communication skills in **Arabic \& English** * Strong **leadership, negotiation \& problem\-solving** skills * Ability to manage **multiple projects simultaneously** * Detail\-oriented with a strong focus on **quality \& deadlines** Work Location: In person
