Key Responsibilities: * Oversee technical due diligence and design review. * Prepare technical specifications and contribute to PPP tender documents. * Manage technical risk identification and mitigation. * Support preparation and evaluation of prequalification and bid documentation. * Engage with project owners and stakeholders to align on technical matters. * Lead technical negotiations and support delivery monitoring. * Report on project status and elevate critical issues.
