Ensure high standards of quality and compliance on fit-out projects **Job Summary** We are seeking an **Architect Site Inspector** to support Design \& Build fit\-out projects by reviewing designs, inspecting architectural works, coordinating site activities, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and contract requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, submittals, and method statements for compliance with project requirements. * Inspect interior fit\-out works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, finishes, doors, glazing, and joinery. * Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and MEP teams for technical integration. * Monitor workmanship, inspections, NCRs, and corrective actions. * Review mock\-ups, material samples, and prototype installations. * Prepare inspection reports, progress updates, and site documentation. * Support payment reviews, variations, snagging, and final handover. * Ensure compliance with QCS, QCD, approved drawings, and contract requirements**.** **Requirement \& Qualification** * Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. * 10\+ years’ experience in architectural design, supervision, or project management. * 5\+ years’ experience in North Oil and high\-end commercial office fit\-out projects. * Proven Design \& Build contract experience. * Qatar experience with UDC, Qatar Energy, QCS, QCD, and authority approvals. * Professional registration preferred. * Open to all nationalities; candidates with Arabic language proficiency will be preferred. Pay: QAR9,000\.00 \- QAR11,000\.00 per month Experience: * Architectural design, construction supervision: 10 years (Required) License/Certification: * Professional registration (Required) Work Location: In person
