Promote a strong culture of ethics and accountability **Compliance Director** Sacs de Voyage – Doha, Qatar Location: Airport Road Area Salary: QAR 50,000 per month Sacs de Voyage is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Compliance Director to lead the company’s compliance, governance, and regulatory affairs operations in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all business activities are conducted in full compliance with local laws, international regulations, and internal corporate policies while promoting a strong culture of ethics and accountability across the organization. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing compliance frameworks, monitoring regulatory changes, conducting internal audits and risk assessments, and ensuring company\-wide adherence to legal and industry standards. The Compliance Director will oversee policy development, manage compliance investigations, and provide guidance to senior leadership on regulatory and operational risk matters. The role also involves leading compliance training programs, strengthening internal controls, and collaborating with legal, finance, operations, and management teams to support ethical business practices and corporate governance initiatives. The successful candidate will ensure accurate reporting to regulatory authorities and continuously improve compliance systems and procedures. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field, with extensive experience in compliance leadership, corporate governance, or regulatory affairs. Professional certifications in compliance, risk management, or auditing are highly desirable. Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and decision\-making skills are essential for this senior\-level role.
