Monitor inspections, testing, commissioning, and corrective actions. **Job Summary** Seeking a **Mechanical Site Inspector** to inspect and monitor HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical works, ensuring compliance with approved designs, project specifications, and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Review mechanical drawings, submittals, and calculations for compliance with project standards and codes. * Supervise HVAC, plumbing, piping, ductwork, and mechanical installations. * Coordinate with all disciplines for smooth and clash\-free execution. * Monitor inspections, testing, commissioning, and corrective actions. * Verify equipment compliance and quality requirements. * Review TAB, O\&M manuals, and handover documents. * Ensure compliance with QCS, QCD, ASHRAE, SMACNA, and NFPA standards. * Maintain project records and technical documentation. **Requirement \& Qualification** * Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. * 10\+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, supervision, or project management. * 5\+ years’ experience in North Oil and commercial office fit\-out projects. * Proven Design \& Build project experience. * Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, ventilation, and T\&C works. * Experience in Qatar with QCS, QCD requirements, and authority approvals. * Professional registration and TAB/Commissioning certification preferred. * Open to all nationalities; candidates with Arabic language proficiency will be preferred. Pay: QAR9,000\.00 \- QAR11,000\.00 per month Experience: * Mechanical engineering, supervision, or project management: 10 years (Required) License/Certification: * Commissioning or TAB certification (Required) Work Location: In person
