Summary: This role involves establishing IT Asset Management frameworks, overseeing project governance from initiation to closure, and ensuring financial and operational control with a focus on compliance. Involves financial and operational control, budget planning, and compliance **Asset Management** * Establish and maintain a comprehensive IT Asset Management (ITAM) framework. * Ensure accurate tracking of all IT assets throughout their lifecycle (procurement, deployment, maintenance, transfer, and disposal). * Conduct periodic asset audits and maintain asset registers and inventory records. * Ensure compliance with organizational asset management policies and procedures. **Project Governance \& Monitoring** * Monitor and track projects from initiation through closure. * Maintain project portfolios, timelines, milestones, risks, and budget status. * Prepare project governance reports and dashboards for management. * Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are achieved according to approved plans. **Financial \& Operational Control** * Track project expenditures, invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and payment schedules. * Verify the accuracy of vendor invoices and payment requests before processing. * Maintain proper financial documentation and audit trials for all projects and operational activities. * Support budget planning, forecasting, and expenditure analysis. **Governance \& Compliance** * Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and available for internal and external audits. * Monitor compliance with contractual obligations, procurement requirements, and organizational standards. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM). * Strong project governance and PMO experience. * Knowledge of budgeting, procurement, contract management, and audit practices. * Strong analytical and reporting skills. * Experience with governance frameworks and operational controls. Pay: QAR11,800\.00 \- QAR12,800\.00 per hour Experience: * Project Coordinator: 5 years (Preferred) * IT Asset Management (ITAM).: 3 years (Preferred) Language: * English (Preferred) License/Certification: * QID (Preferred) Work Location: In person
