Summary: Seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and provide strategic financial analysis and planning. Highlights: 1. Manage core accounting responsibilities and maintain general ledger accuracy 2. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and manage reporting 3. Perform financial analysis, planning, and provide strategic recommendations Core Accounting Responsibilities * Prepare, review, and analyze **monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements** * Ensure **accurate general ledger** maintenance and account reconciliations * Oversee **accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll** processes * Handle **month\-end and year\-end closing** activities * Monitor and control **fixed assets, accruals, and provisions** Compliance \& Reporting * Ensure compliance with **accounting standards** (IFRS / GAAP, as applicable) * Prepare and submit **tax returns, VAT filings, and statutory reports** * Coordinate with **external auditors** and manage audit requirements * Ensure adherence to **company policies and internal controls** Financial Analysis \& Planning * Analyze financial data to identify **trends, variances, and risks** * Support **budget preparation and forecasting** * Provide management with **financial insights and recommendations** * Assist in **cash flow management** and cost control initiatives Requirements: Relevant experience in the applied position Ability to work independently and as part of a team Immediate availability is a plus Location: Qatar Joining: Immediate Interested candidates may send their CV to: fmcgjobsinqatar@gmail.com \+974 3089\-4240 Please share with anyone who may be suitable.
