**Job Description** ------------------- We are seeking an experienced **Reporting Senior Analyst** to join the Business Intelligence (BI) team. The role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing data models, reports, and dashboards that drive business insights and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be skilled in BI tools, SQL, and data visualization, with a strong background in managing data processes and supporting decision\-making through analytics. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful reporting across the organization. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Design, build, and maintain robust data models, reports, and dashboards in alignment with business requirements. * Gather and analyze requirements from functional teams to support data\-driven decision\-making. * Automate reporting processes and implement quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data. * Manage the full lifecycle of data processes, including ETL design, data validation, and performance tuning. * Create clear and impactful visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or OBIEE. * Conduct data analysis to generate insights that enhance business efficiency, productivity, and profitability. * Document data models, reporting processes, and workflows to ensure transparency and standardization. * Collaborate cross\-functionally with finance, technology, and business teams to deliver analytical solutions. * Ensure timely resolution of data discrepancies and continuous improvement of analytics output. * Promote best practices in data management, visualization, and reporting automation. **Skills** ---------- * Proficient in SQL programming and data extraction from multiple sources. * Skilled in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, OBIEE). * Strong understanding of ETL processes, data modeling, and information architecture. * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving abilities with attention to data accuracy and performance. * Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to manage complex datasets, identify trends, and present actionable insights. * Capable of working collaboratively and constructively challenging existing processes to optimize value. **Qualifications** ------------------ * Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Informatics, or a related technical field. * Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, with at least 2 years in the telecom sector. * Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and BI visualization tools such as OBIEE, Tableau, or Power BI. * Experienced in data management, ETL development, and process automation. * Demonstrated ability to deliver accurate, high\-quality analytical reports and dashboards. * This is a full\-time position based in Qatar **Job ID: 19102502\-114VG**
