Job Title: Social Media \& Digital Marketing Strategist Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and results\-driven professional to take full ownership of our presence on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). You will go beyond basic platform management; you will be responsible for brand identity, community engagement, and performance\-based advertising. You will serve as the primary architect of our social media strategy, ensuring all activities align with our broader business objectives. Key Responsibilities Operational Management: Oversee the end\-to\-end editorial calendar, including scheduling, publishing, and cross\-platform management via Meta Business Suite. Paid Media Strategy (Ads): Design, execute, and optimize targeted advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for managing ad budgets, A/B testing, and maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Performance Analytics: Generate comprehensive monthly reports tracking KPIs (reach, engagement rate, click\-through rate, and conversion). Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on data trends. Community Management: Manage community interactions, handle customer inquiries, and ensure a professional, consistent brand voice across all touchpoints. Algorithm \& Trend Adaptation: Stay updated on Meta’s algorithm changes, new features, and industry best practices to keep our strategy competitive. Requirements Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager. Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business strategies. Proven Track Record: Experience managing professional social media accounts with measurable success. (Portfolio or case studies required). Superior Communication: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to tailor content to different audience segments.
