The IT Business Analyst acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams by analyzing business needs, processes, and systems. The role is responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, supporting solution design, and ensuring technology solutions deliver business value and align with organizational objectives.
Business \& Requirements Analysis
Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, and pain points
Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non\-functional requirements
Translate business needs into clear specifications for technical teams
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirements review sessions
Support business process mapping, gap analysis, and improvement initiatives
Solution \& Delivery Support
Collaborate with IT, vendors, and project teams to support solution design and delivery
Support system enhancements, integrations, and new implementations
Assist in defining acceptance criteria and business rules
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, and sign\-off
Validate solutions against business requirements
Documentation \& Communication
Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and process flows
Maintain traceability between requirements, design, and delivered solutions
Support change management and impact analysis
Act as a communication bridge between business and technical teams
Governance \& Continuous Improvement
Ensure solutions align with IT standards, security, and governance requirements
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation
Support reporting, dashboards, and management insights where applicable
Strong business analysis and requirement\-gathering skills
Understanding of IT systems, applications, and digital solutions
Experience with business process modeling and analysis tools
Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and critical\-thinking skills
Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation abilities
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
Bachelor’s degree
3\-6 years of experience
Experience working with ERP, CRM, or enterprise systems
Pay: QAR15,000\.00 \- QAR17,200\.00 per month
