Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance **Marketing Executive — Job Description** **Role summary** Drive brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement through planning and executing marketing campaigns across channels; support sales with lead generation and collateral; analyze performance to optimize ROI. **Key responsibilities** * Develop, implement, and manage multi\-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social, events, PR). * Create and maintain marketing collateral: product one\-pagers, presentations, case studies, blog posts, and ad copy. * Manage content calendar and social media accounts; produce and schedule posts and community engagement. * Coordinate lead\-generation activities (campaigns, landing pages, forms, paid ads) and hand off qualified leads to sales. * Execute email marketing and marketing automation workflows; segment audiences and A/B test messaging. * Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance (KPIs: MQLs, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, ROI); recommend optimizations. * Support product launches and go\-to\-market plans (positioning, pricing input, sales enablement). * Manage external vendors and agencies (creative, PR, ad platforms) and coordinate events/webinars. * Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent messaging across channels. * Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy and messaging. **Required skills \& experience** * 2–5 years marketing experience (B2B or B2C depending on company). * Strong written and verbal communication. * Experience with digital marketing channels: SEO, SEM, social ads, content marketing. * Familiarity with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). * Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau or similar) and Excel. * Basic design skills (can use Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite) and comfortable reviewing creative. * Project management and cross\-functional collaboration skills. * Data\-driven mindset; experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
