**Qualifications** Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical (or equivalent discipline).Diploma in Engineering may be acceptable with additional relevant experience. Minimum 3 years’ experience in MEP works with a focus on quality control and assurance. Previous experience in construction projects (commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure). Experience in reviewing and implementing quality plans, method statements, and inspection \& test plans (ITPs). **Skills** Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering standards (e.g., ASME, ASTM, ISO). Familiarity with NDT methods and codes. Excellent documentation and reporting skills. Attention to detail and problem\-solving abilities. Proficiency with QA/QC tools and software (AutoCAD, MS Office, QA/QC checklists). **Duties and Responsibilities** Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and inspection plans. Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and standards. Ensure that all QA/QC processes comply with ISO, ASME, API, or other relevant standards. Conduct incoming, in\-process, and final inspections of mechanical materials and components. Monitor welding activities, fabrication processes, piping, HVAC systems, rotating/static equipment, etc. Perform non\-destructive testing (NDT) or coordinate with NDT technicians. Verify calibration of tools and inspection equipment. Prepare Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Quality Control Procedures (QCPs). Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality\-related activities. Issue Non\-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). Submit daily, weekly, and monthly QA/QC reports to the QA/QC Manager or Project Manager. Inspect and verify materials received from vendors/suppliers. Conduct Third\-Party Inspections and witness Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT). Ensure traceability of materials, certificates, and compliance with project requirements. Liaise with project engineers, clients, contractors, and third\-party inspectors. Attend QA/QC meetings and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on quality requirements.
