* With 5 years work experience in Qatar \- most preferred * Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot issues in electric motors, generators, alternators, and other rotating equipment. * Disassemble motors and inspect parts for wear, damage, or failure. * Repair or replace defective parts, including bearings, windings, brushes, shafts, and seals. * Reassemble motors and perform alignment and balancing as required. * Test repaired equipment for performance, using testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and megohmmeters. * Perform preventive maintenance on motors and associated equipment. * Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service reports. * Adhere to all safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). * Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals. * Operate hoists, cranes, and hand or power tools to complete tasks. * Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients regarding repair status and recommendations. * Keep work area clean and organized.
